Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes. What you'll do + Lead commercial execution of the global Product strategy for Biacore and Imaging product lines in EMEA by working closely with global PM teams and translate global strategy to regional tactics. Also provide continuous feedback and insight to PM team to aid future product development + Provide continuous education and coaching of the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the said product lines to the commercial teams (AM/SS/FAS) + Achieve the Operating Plan targets (Orders, Sales & Contribution Margin) while working closely with Sales Specialists & Modality Managers. Continuously analyse funnel and highlights shortfalls and implement local programs to drive business + Provide input to the Modality Leader in the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles for the said product lines e.g. Session II. Specifically bring in the Customer, market and Product expertise + Identify and manage relationships with Key Opinion leaders in EMEA Who you are + Educated to a minimum bachelor's degree level, masters preferred + Have previous Sales/Marketing/Application experience in Bioanalytical Instrumentation Market - SPR and/OR Imaging experience needed + Are able to energize, lead/influence a big team without formal reporting lines + Have good high-level presentation and interpersonal skills; are able to analyze business strategically and communicate and present ideas succinctly to business leaders + Ability to operate effectively in a matrix climate while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude. + Open to travel to customer sites > 50% of time Who we are Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
