Job Description To support our strategy of providing the safest gaming experience through ensuring LeoVegas UK managed brands are the safest and compliant places to play by; * Own and drive the Quality Assurance function within LeoVegas UK on a day-to-day basis, working across a multidisciplinary team to deliver the requirements of all of key stakeholders. * Ensuring that our teams are delivering quality and compliant interactions to our customers by carrying out independent evaluations across our customer front-line teams. * Preparing and providing written and verbal data-rich feedback for team members and managers against the interactions reviewed. * Provide top-class coaching across our teams to drive change and improve performance. * Owning and proactively managing the system used to capture QA outputs, feedback, and coaching across LeoVegas UK, and driving the use of the self-service elements of the tool. * Producing reports for management on the outcomes and effectiveness of QA. * Participating in all relevant training provided in relation to policies and processes, compliance and operating systems. * Interrogating and interpreting quality data using strong investigative and analytical skills, from a range of sources to support effective decision making. * Working closely with the compliance team in understanding practices and policies and embedding these successfully into the teams. We will be conducting all our interviews over Zoom during this time and should we find the perfect candidate for the role we will be offering the position having completed the whole process virtually. This means, it's likely when the successful candidate starts the position, they will be working from home after we have (contactlessly) delivered their equipment. This role will be office based once things return to normal, at our offices in Great Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE13).
