INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURER/IQA - Financial Services - Newcastle - £34,100 (Region North East) Permanent - Will consider an Assessor with Financial Services experience seeking to become an IQA. Remote working from home and then some days travel Our Client is seeking an experienced IQA within Financial Services or an Assessor seeking to become an IQA. If you are an Assessor you must have Assessed in Financial Services and understand Customer Services and Retail Banking THE ROLE Working with other stakeholders to develop new materials, resources, processes, strategies etc to improve the learner journey Face to face meetings with staff and also on a remote basis using skype One to one reviews with staff Training and coaching staff Promote English and Maths, ensure compliance with quality standards such as Ofsted, Matrix, ESFA, SDS, AOs and EPAOs THE QUALITIES OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING Ability to prioritise work and plan effectively Possess excellent training and coaching delivery skills. Knowledge and understanding of the Retail Banking Market and Customer Service Proven ability as an IQA or an Assessor ready to become and IQA This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading training providers in the UK who have an enviable reputation for quality and results.
