Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** We are looking for a Social Marketing Manager to lead key work streams within the International Social Marketing team, reporting to the Head of International Social Marketing. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of social marketing initiatives that support and build our brands in the eyes of our community. As International Social Marketing Manager, you will guide our social marketing strategy, representing the voice of the social audience in our marketing agenda and focus on delivering successful community management and content. You will have proven experience leading creative development, teams, production partners and cross-functional (XFN) projects. You will focus on delivering successful social, community and content strategies, as well as building external fame and visibility for our initiatives.The ideal individual for this role has a strong background in developing creatively driven brand-marketing campaigns which are executed in social channels, a unique passion for problem-solving, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving data-driven results. This person will also be expert at relationship building: open, tenacious, curious, and a champion for this program of work. Previous experience will have covered social marketing and multi-channel communications planning, using data to identify insights and build compelling strategies for our community content. Lead, build and grow a locally resonant social strategy that is driven by audience insight and ladders up to global marketing objectives 2. Help strengthen our international social presence, leading editorial strategy, community management, activity planning and managing key agency relationships to develop best in class social campaigns and content 3. Partner with country teams on creating meaningfully engaging community management strategies, true to each brand and relevant to local audiences 4. Oversee quarterly, monthly and weekly social planning in partnership with internal and external creative teams 5. Partner with Brand Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Media Delivery teams to ensure all initiatives are grounded in a solid base of community understanding and structured to deliver data-driven results 6. Partner with local marketing teams for an integrated marketing approach across campaigns, informing creative and content briefs 7. Analysis of cultural, community, media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content 8. Adapt international learning agenda and measurement framework for consistent reporting, analysis and insights **Minimum Qualifications:** 9. 6+ years advertising and marketing experience with experience in social marketing (creative/content/social agency experience preferred). 10. Experience working internationally on global brands 11. Experience working with consumer-facing brands (client side experience preferred) 12. Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, innovative, integrated social marketing campaigns 13. Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations 14. Proven strategic ability to design and deliver impactful marketing solutions 15. Adept at building, inspiring, and leading strong, happy and productive teams 16. Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment 17. Outstanding creative sense, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills 18.
