Do you want to be part of a growing, dynamic and ambitious team playing a key role in St Mungo's mission to end homelessness? Over the past two years St Mungo's have seen significant growth in corporate partnerships. We are proud to have strategic partnerships with a range of businesses including Jo Malone London, Taylor Wimpey, Nationwide and Barratt Developments who share our commitment to ending homelessness and rebuilding lives. This role sitting within a team of seven reporting into the Corporate Partnerships Account Management Lead will focus on: * Helping to deliver the account management strategy for St Mungo's so that the objectives of each corporate relationship and our income targets are met, or exceeded. * Managing a number of key partnerships, as well as supporting the wider team to deliver their partnerships. * Lead on the day to day management and delivery of our growing stewardship programme for corporate supporters (businesses donating less than £30K/annum). In order to be successful in this role you will be a strong relationship manager with excellent communications skills. You will be ambitious and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team. You will also be incredibly organised to manage a busy workload and meet agreed deadlines. This role is a perfect step for someone who wants to enter the charity or fundraising sector with lots of opportunity for learning and development or someone already within the sector looking for a new challenge within a growing and ambitious team. St Mungo's contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
