Responsibilities Service Excellence * Foster a store environment of Service Excellence and make staff accountable for demonstrating the behaviors that enhance customer engagement and loyalty * Coach all staff to reinforce Tiffany & Co. training concepts and develop the necessary skills to ensure consistent delivery of Service Excellence on a daily basis Business Development * Assess local market opportunities to develop a proactive and effective customer development strategy to drive new customer acquisition * Communicate the client development strategy and the related individual objectives for each staff member * Drive the execution client development strategy, ensuring consistent collection and updating of client information, and strategic analysis of data and reports Talent Management * Build a robust internal and external talent pipeline through employee, client and personal networking. * Hold periodical performance review meetings with all members of staff in order to identify and leverage strengths, and to close any identified skill gaps through appropriate coaching and/or training Creative Visual Merchandising * Ensure the timely implementation of existing Visual Merchandising directives and maintain merchandise adjacencies * Maintain standards for all creative products in store, including windows, signage, flowers and general decor * Communicate needs for special events and provide timely Creative Visual Merchandising feedback Qualifications * Extensive Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality) * Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results * Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e. on the sales floor, operations) * Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and bank holidays * Excellent command of English (any other language would be an addition) * Superior communication and interpersonal skills using positive leadership models * Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) system * Ability to inspire trust and integrity as well as to positively motivate the store staff * Gemology degree or previous Gemological courses would be preferred
