Franchise Operations Manager

Purpose of Role The primary purpose of the Franchise Operations Manager is to provide leadership and strategy to partners, to ensure Franchise stores are maximizing their business results and operating in compliance with Company's Franchise Operating Manual. Provide insight and direction on Franchise partner field needs, concerns and opportunities, following global initiatives to ensure the Claire's brand and operational best practices are delivered within the Franchise business. To build strong relationships with both Claire's partners and our internal organization and to maximize opportunities which support. To develop and implement Franchise expansion plans, through existing partner growth in-line with the Franchise Sales and EBITDA goals. Essential Criteria * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong planning and organizational skills * Sense of urgency with ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment * Flexibility and the ability to priorities multiple assignments * Is analytical and possess collaborative skills and ability to work with and influence at all levels * Is self-motivated, has initiative and attention to detail * Predominantly an office based role with some travel required for meetings and market visits
