We are looking for an experienced Officer to join the team on site. Your shift pattern will be discussed the interview, with a pay rate of 14.02 per hour. You will report into the sites security operation's manager. An opportunity has arisen to be part of a control room function within a corporate bank. The role is challenging and will require a controller who has experience within this field. The Control Centre Operator provides a crucial first line call handling, situation monitoring and incident response service. Customer focus while maintaining an inquisitive and questioning mind to ensure the ongoing protection of client people, premises and assets is crucial to success. The role will require the ability to think laterally and apply sound judgement in an articulate and confident manner while adhering to procedures. An opportunity has arisen to be part of a control room function within a corporate bank. Responsibilities are: * To monitor and administer all aspects of the Control Centre technology systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, Lift Controls, and Fire Command Panel. * Gain a thorough understanding of building layout and operations * To conduct appropriate CCTV patrols and monitoring. * To run reports and view CCTV footage as directed by the Global Security Services team. * To provide initial call handling for all security control center calls. * To ensure that all critical alarms are actioned in a timely manner. * Ensure full compliance with Credit Suisse Policies and Procedures. * UKMEA regional monitoring and support - to monitor open source media, triage and escalate as appropriate. * To monitor access and egress of personnel and respond to breaches. * To ensure that the removal of goods and permit to work procedures are all maintained at all times. * To ensure supervision of sub-contractors and cleaners in business sensitive areas. * In accordance with post orders to compile detailed, succinct and timely written reports. Response * To maintain situational awareness of the UKMEA region, its travelers and security related events. * To identify, respond, gather information and escalate incidents in relation to client assets and travellers in the UKMEA region. Administration * Ensure full compliance with Credit Suisse Policies and Procedures. * To assist in the training of selected CCO stand in team members. * To be responsible for the compliance and administration of Control Centre records and assist the duty manager in conducting monthly audits. * To be responsible for the administration, issue and return of all keys, and radio communication equipment and audit compliance. * To administer card issuance to contractors within the Credit Suisse guidelines and procedures. * To comply with data protection guidelines regarding disclosure of personal and confidential information held on the security databases. * Assist with shift planning a
