Summary of This Role TSYS Issuing business has been investing in next generation products on which to provide solutions for its enviable stable of customers across Europe and North America. The Issuer Product Group (IPG) provides product managementand commercialization for a broad range of global products and services that serve the financial issuer marketplace. The team is organized around product portfolios including Risk & Fraud, Identity, Customer Engagement, Core Processing, Customer Service, Data & Analytics. The team manages products throughout the entire lifecycle from concept to retirement including pricing, commercialization, product marketing, and strategy. The team works closely with development and operational teams to meet market demands. The Solution Delivery & Consulting (SD&C) group focuses on our strategic objective which is to deliver these products to clients in our target markets, by bringing together and aligning the SMEs to consult/advise our clients on existing / new product use, and creating a specialist implement groups to drive the cadence and quality of migrating clients to our new products before handing them over for BAU support by other teams in Business Operations. We are looking for candidates who will be accountable for the delivery of the product to the market (both commercially and technically) and then transition to owning its subsequent rollout to clients once General Availability has been confirmed. This role: Phase 1: IPG Product Delivery Manager * During this phase the team member will performs two key roles: Will be accountable for the overall delivery of new products technically (both functional and non-functional scope) and also manage the go to market commercialization effort to launch the product. * As the overall program delivery manager, you will organize the overall release planning, coordinate between technology / development efforts and go to market commercialization efforts. You will provide regular status reports to key stakeholders, seek to resolve issues at the lowest level possible, and escalate issues that require senior level intervention. In this capacity, you will work extensively with the Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) as well as all other teams that have a role in bringing the product to market. This includes, technology team leads, product support and implementation teams. You will orchestrate periodic retrospectives in collaboration with Information Technology Project Managers and others. You will monitor overall progress to planned release dates. * As the go to market commercialization scrum master, you will lead release and sprint planning as well as stand-ups, demos and retrospectives for the go to market team. You will administer the backlog of go to market stories, track progress, provide status reports, resolve issues within your span of control and escalate when needed. * In this capacity, you will work extensively with Product Owners, Marketing, Legal, Implementation, Client Consulting, Pricing, Marketing, User Experience and other go to market teams. * You will be expected to apply Agile development principles and techniques generally in both roles. Phase 2: SD&C Program Implementation Consultant The team member will, on declaration of General Availability of the product, transition over to the SD&C Fraud and Risk Implementation team to: * Manage the implementation of new Fraud & Risk products for our internationally based portfolio of clients, with the support of TSYS IT and partner teams based globally. * Develop implementation plans, budget, timetable and milestones, identifying structures of authority and processes for decision making within the implementation/components, and ultimately managing the execution of the plan, risk mitigation and post implementation evaluation of outcomes. * Manage an assigned team of professionals, paraprofessionals and/or support sta
