Job Description
A Hospital for Neuro-disability is currently looking for an experienced Ward manager or Band 6 Registered Nurse who is keen to make their next step in a well-respected, charity hospital and research centre, providing care for adults with brain injuries in London. The main responsibilities for this role will be: * The provision of person-centered patient/resident care through the provision of leadership and direction to nursing teams. * Creating a learning culture and developing and maintaining high standards of evidenced-based care through the development and monitoring of capabilities and performance of nursing teams. * Being central to the patient safety agenda and complying with legislation and best practice supported by an Integrated Governance framework.
