Are you our next inspirational housing and care manager? Longhurst Group is one of the leading housing groups in the Midlands and East of England, providing more than 23,000 homes and a wide range of care and support services. Our Beech Court site in Littleport provides accommodation for people aged 55 and over, and consists of 65 one, two and three-bed flats. We're looking for an experienced care scheme manager to join this friendly scheme. This role is offered on a 22.5 hour a week basis (£18,119.65 per annum). When you join us as a housing and care manager at Beech Court you'll be integral in leading our team that helps our customers to be live independently. You'll be motivated by delivering both excellent and professional services that meet the aspirations of our customers You'll have experience of creating and motivating high performing teams, understand how to manage end of tenancy procedures mitigating financial loss. Maintaining accurate records is second nature to you and you have previously ensured your schemes are kept in a good state of repair. With over 80 care sites you will have access to all career progression within our business and we will encourage you to perform at your best through providing you the tools and training you require.
