The role You will provide a housing management service for social housing and leasehold customers and you will be totally committed to delivering excellent customer experience - embodying our values every day in the way you deal with customers and colleagues. You will work closely with all relevant internal and external professionals and actively encourage and facilitate opportunities for meaningful customer involvement. You will maintain accurate records and complete all relevant administrative tasks required and complete and report on set objectives and targets. Key requirements You'll have experience of working in a housing management and knowledge of current housing legislation and Government policy. Experience of dealing with tenancy breaches and ASB is also required and you'll be able to manage a complex caseload. Good problem solving and prioritisation skills are essential. You'll have good IT skills, including Housing systems and have experience of managing budgets and service level agreements.
