Job Description
Telesales Executive - Outbound NO WEEKEND WORKING AND NO UNSOCIABLE HOURS Location - Haydock, Merseyside (Commutable from St Helens, Wigan, Warrington, Bolton, Liverpool, Manchester, Burscough, Chorley, Leyland, Irlam, Runcorn, Skelmersdale and surrounding areas) Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm £18,000 plus uncapped commission OTE £30,000 + incentives worth £2000 pa Our team members are regularly earning £2500 + per month plus 22 days' holiday + bank holidays; Generous company pension scheme; Free parking; Free refreshments; Structured induction and on-going training and support; About the role: How would you like to be consistently earning £2500 + per month with the chance to earn regular cash incentives and high value prizes. Join our thriving, fast paced B2B sales team and you will be responsible for making outbound calls from pre-qualified leads. Our commission is fair, achievable and highly lucrative. This is not a role where you would want to coast on a basic, but a role where you are genuinely rewarded well for the effort you put in. Our top performers have won luxury 5 Star holidays and big cash incentives. You will be calling warm leads, no gatekeepers or sales prevention officers to win over before getting a chance to sell. It's straight to the decision maker for you, so no dodgy leads rehashed from data bought ten years ago. All this means that you will have a more enjoyable call and of course more chance of selling. This is not a standard call centre environment. We don't work on a dialler, we are not heavily scripted, and you are free to sell our products utilising your integrity and natural sales ability.
