Telesales Team Leader

Job Description
We are looking for an inspiring and experienced sales professional to head up an internal sales team as the Telesales Team Leader where you will be overseeing the daily running of the team, meeting and working towards set targets. The role is newly created therefore a chance to showcase your sales ability, leadership experience and creativity. As the Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for: * Focussing on following up on hot and warm responses from generated campaigns and booking appointments for the external sales teams * Lead the internal telesales strategy through the effective management * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify the best possible opportunities to target key target groups and markets * Proactively research, qualify and confirm meetings with key decision makers * Scope out, set and deliver weekly KPI's by coaching, supporting, and motivating the team to achieve their goals * Keep a close account of the demand generation funnel and sales conversion making visible for the team to drive productivity and success Skills / Experience required: * Significant sales, telesales, telemarketing, or business development, working to targets * 1st class customer service and relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and business partners * Enthusiastic, natural leader with a coaching and motivational management style approach * Creative thinker, with strong IT skills.
