Job Description

" We have an exciting opportunity for a new Senior Telesales Contact Centre Manager to join our Telesales Department on a Permanent basis. The post holder will: • Direct, manage and have full accountability for the telesales contact centre delivering an excellent experience for all sales and retention enquiries from potential new members and existing members. • Develop and lead the operation to achieve it's KPI targets, through effective resourcing and operational processes • Be accountable for motivating and inspiring the Team managers to achieve the department business targets. • Work collaboratively with cross functional colleagues to ensure effective change and project delivery • Ensure appropriate Quality Assurance processes are maintained and action taken to improve.
