Executive Director - Nursing Home Group - National Linq Healthcare are recruiting an Executive Director for a leading nursing home group with homes across the UK. Our client is one of the leading providers of elderly care in the UK and over the last couple of years have experienced significant growth where the number of their services has doubled. To be considered for this Executive Director position you will: * Be quality focused * Be commercially driven * Have extensive knowledge of legislation in the care sector * Have previously had P & L responsibility * Have experience in a senior role within the private healthcare sector * Have experience or oversight of the operational and financial performance of multiple services * Clear leadership qualities With homes across England and Scotland and a Head Office in London, you must be in a position to travel and stay away from home as and when required.
