We provide a range of services to different clients in areas such as Agriculture, Private Client, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property and are noted for having specialists that practice in each of these areas. We work across offices, with different practice areas to best serve the needs of our clients. Our market leading Agriculture Team are expanding and are looking for an experienced litigator to join the team in Romsey. Forming part of the wider team spread across Thrings' offices you will be supporting clients nationally; running a varied caseload of disputes. Led by Russell Reeves, the Litigation team, made up of Partners, Associates and Solicitors form part of the wider Agriculture team who are industry renowned for providing their specialist advice to clients. You'll need to demonstrate that you're an experienced litigator who is confident to deal with a broad mix of disputes, cases we take on could relate to property, commercial agreements, contracts or even regulatory disputes. Our team act for landed estates, land owners and agribusinesses so someone who has experience of working within the Agricultural or rural sector will be at an advantage. To be our next Associate you will need to show us that you are a self-starter, with strong commercial acumen, are driven to succeed, and have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and with our clients. Part of the reason we have become market leaders is based on our ongoing relationship with the NFU, where we find ourselves panel members for seven counties in the UK. In addition we work collaboratively with our teams internally across all disciplines and by building strong relationships internally this leads to additional networks to help the growth of the team. We're keen to hear from anyone who has more than 3 years post qualification experience and feels that they have the ability to help drive growth and be a part of the wider team's success at Thrings. Whether the position is for an Associate or Senior Associate will depend upon the applicant's experience. An affinity with the agricultural or rural sector is advantageous but shouldn't be a reason not to apply.
