LITIGATION SOLICITOR Litigation Solicitor is required by this boutique Legal 500 rated practice to join a new department dealing with financial services related professional indemnity and data breach work. Role Overview You will be joining a recently opened and growing department that will focus on litigation work. The nature of the cases means that it would best suit lawyers who have already worked on financial mis-selling claims. It would also be a good fit for someone who has handled litigated work in a case management led environment. As a result it is an excellent opportunity for someone from a personal injury/insurance background looking for a change. Candidate Profile * Solicitor with previous background in litigation work. If you haven't dealt with this area before then full training will be given. * Previous case handling experience handling a reasonable volume of cases in a technology led environment. * Excellent communication skills * Willing to adapt to a new area of work.
