About The Role: · The Senior Property Litigation Solicitor will involve assisting partners and conducting own work under partner supervision on a wide range of property litigation matters. The clients are predominantly small, medium and large enterprises in the North West and further afield · Ability to respond to clients urgent requirements whilst maintaining and supporting the maintenance of a proper work life balance · Give accurate prompt, realistic and relevant advice in response to clients enquiries · Gain an understanding of clients requirements and how to achieve their needs · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients · Actively work to convert enquiries into new matters · Write blogs and press releases, and to be pro-active in networking and business development · Ensure proper file management · Ensure all time recording is accurate · Ensure billing is completed to agreed timescales · Keep abreast of changes in legislation, case law and carry out legal research · Promote and comply with legislation and Companys policies · Undertake any other reasonable duties required within the role of Senior Property Litigation Solicitor Essential Skills & Experience · Education to degree-level or equivalent · Qualified Solicitor · Previous experience working as a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor · Around 6+ years PQE ideally · Property and litigation experience with a leading firm · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written · Strong organisational and time management skills · Excellent attention to detail · Ability to find sound solutions to complex legal issues · Ability to adapt quickly to new areas of law · Excellent client management and matter management skills · A team player · A flexible and can-do approach to fulfilling the duties of the post About The Benefits · Competitive annual salary offered DOE · Wealth of benefits · Generous 33 days annual leave · Fantastic work-life balance · Genuine career progression · Working for a law firm that strive to provide the best possible service in the legal industry and are award-winning and highly recognised · Recently refurbished, state of the art offices To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV today!
