These can run across digital, social mobile and event platforms and can be executed world worldwide. The Program Manager's overall responsibility is to take the campaign from inception to market. You will be working alongside big name brands, and engaging with senior level leaders. This opportunity is a rare chance to join this market leading, cutting edge team Role overview You will be expected to manage senior level client management, international sales teams, and local / international delivery teams. The role will be a mixture of hands on program management (client and internal stakeholder liaison, managing complex projects across multiple executions with many moving parts) and team management (ensuring that client service is world class and the assets developed are top quality). It includes the following elements: + Pre-sale: Working alongside the IGS sales teams pre-sale to support with a deeper dive into campaign deliverables, including o Client pitch meetings o Developing campaign plans (milestones, timelines) o Developing scope of work documents + Post-sale: The primary leader of the campaign with overall responsibility for its development and performance, including: o Primary client liaison o Allocation and coordination of local market deliverables o Collaboration with IDG internal divisions (research, analytics etc) o Ownership of timelines, milestones and delivery o Internal updates (to sales, to leadership etc) Candidate criteria: desired skills and experience Proven track record in client management, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex campaigns with many moving parts. Client Management: The program manager mission is to deliver excellent client service. As the main point of contact for the client the candidate must be comfortable leading conference calls and interfacing daily with clients. Experience working with clients in an online, publishing or agency environment as well as understanding of worldwide cultures is desired. Program Management skills and experience: Ability to juggle multiple programs and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Candidate must be highly organized and must be an extremely effective communicator. Management experience: Proven management track record valuable. Ability to engage proactively and productively with the team to inspire and lead. Capable of identifying potential issues and course correcting effectively. Comfortable with tracking and managing performance. Qualification: The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree.
