Job Description
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING REVENUE AND GROSS PROFIT TARGETS. That encompasses: Sales process management - liaising with Project Management team to ensure clarity of project brief, and then seamless delivery thereof. Dynamic development and management of an on-going Sales Pipeline. Project and pipeline development - identifying and quantifying prospective projects. Meaningful sales forecasting (formally on a quarterly basis). Lead generation - created by utilising marketplace intelligence, industry contacts and relationships. Working closely with Finance team on budgeting. Maintaining and developing prospective and current client relationships, and positively building VIVID's reputation over time. Consistently contacting prospective clients and complimenting marketing activities Delivery of or exceeding revenue and gross-margin fiscal targets. Umbrella management of the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of all projects, such that clients are fully satisfied, and payment is received. Requirements Excellent marketplace knowledge, including strong hospitality sector experience, particularly across the design, operator, consultant and contractor disciplines. Knowledge of technological developments in the hospitality sector, with a particular emphasis on lighting, HVAC and other electrical engineering disciplines. Knowledge of types of control-panel substrates and their finishes, including their manufacturing techniques. Good man-management abilities; with experience managing diverse teams and objectives. Established relationships with the major hospitality operators. Very strong presentation skills. "Technical" experience (preferably from selling PMS/door access/AV/GRM systems). Good fiscal management knowledge Solid IT skills (Excel, Google etc). Ability to manage a broad portfolio of projects.
