Job Description

The Occupational Therapist is involved in various services across multiple sites for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours, residing in community rehabilitation. The Occupational Therapist (Band 5/6 equivalent) will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous professional according to the College of Occupational Therapy 'Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct' and the 'Health Professions Council Regulations'. You will take referrals from the Lead Occupation Therapists and be expect to independently manage the case load and delegate to your Assistants as necessary.
