Job Description
Work for one of Nottingham's most popular catering families! We are fast-paced, dynamic, fresh, innovative and fun. Perkins Bar & Bistro is the flagship restaurant of the Perkins Family group. Founded in 1982 Perkins Bar & Bistro delivers fresh, award winning bistro style food in the unique setting of a village Victorian railway station. We are looking for Front of House team members with warm personalities and genuine smiles, who like making people happy! Working in line with the Perkins Family values and standards, the purpose of the front of house team is to assist in the preparation and delivery of events and maintain the good order of the venue. The main duties of the Front of House team members would include- *Serve customers at the tables or at the bar *Assist in taking reservations and enquiries *Assist in the good order of the restaurant areas *Assist in the setting up the restaurant for service. *Assist in the training of new front of house team members. *Monitor and report daily stock levels and receive deliveries.
