Position Summary: As maternity cover for the VP Global Brand Management, you will assume full responsibility for the health and success of PJ Masks and Ricky Zoom, leading the strategy for the brands' growth and success globally, setting the content development and rollout strategies, and providing the brands' long-term vision for the wider division. You will oversee the delivery of strategic brand marketing in the UK across these brands, ensuring 360 consumer campaign strategies are in place and delivering against our brand and commercial objectives. You will lead a growing and highly respected brand management team with passion, drive and clarity, guiding the team's efficacy and development to deliver against our business and people goals. Key Responsibilities * Strategically lead the growth and success of global children's entertainment brands PJ Masks and Ricky Zoom, putting long-range plans in place to drive brand love and longevity, always striving to create the strongest connection between these brands and our consumers, in order to maximise their potential to the business. * Collaborate with other senior commercial and marketing leaders across the division to ensure brand plans are globally relevant, commercially viable and continue to ensure brand growth for the long-term. Facilitate and maintain alignment and momentum around our brand strategies across the whole division, and with key global partners like master toy and broadcast. Continually evaluate strategies with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure they are relevant and can compete effectively in the global marketplace. * Partner with content and production teams to make our content the best it can possibly be and lead our content rollout strategy globally, setting brand direction for new content / series / format requirements and ensuring production teams deliver against this. Align this with our commercial rollout plans and goals, with a focus on toys, making sure that key series content including characters, themes, storylines, seasonal, sets and locations reflect our long-term commercial aspirations for the brand in a way that will delight fans and parents. * Set the brand marketing strategy for both brands in the UK in close alignment with the UK licensing team and oversee delivery, ensuring 360 consumer campaigns are in place to drive brand awareness and affinity with our audiences. Always take an ROI approach to marketing planning, ensuring we spend every penny in the best way possible to meet our goals. * Partner with our inhouse central teams across digital, live events, partnerships, apps & gaming, social media, creative services and toy development to ensure all our creative output is aligned with our brand strategies, and that we are delivering a cohesive and compelling story across all consumer touchpoints. * Manage a highly respected and growing team of 7 including Global Brand Directors, Global Brand Managers, Global Brand Co-ordinators and Global Brand Assistant, setting clear and meaningful objectives, developing them to perform at their best, and ensuring they are delivering high quality, strategically relevant plans and assets to drive towards our brand and business objectives. * Manage, motivate and develop the immediate team members at all levels, ensuring everyone is achieving their potential and working as effectively as possible.
