IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd line support) This role is office based but will require some travel to other sites within the UK. The ideal candidate should have some commercial experience or be able to demonstrate technical skills and the ability to learn. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established organisation as a Service Desk Support Analyst. This role will suit someone who has a background in 1st/ Line and Service Desk Support including desktop and helpdesk environment. Keys skills required: 1st/2nd line support Software Support Desktop support Hardware Windows Active Directory Installing PC's/upgrading software The role will involve controlling, investigating and resolving technical issues, ensuring service is provided quickly and professionally. The suitable candidate will have excellent organisation skills; work under pressure and to deadlines, customer care skills and sound knowledge of market tools and technologies.
