Lite Access are working with us on contracts to deliver full fibre access to homes across the East of England and CityFibre are supporting them in finding a SHEQ Advisor. As SHEQ Advisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining and implementing the safety and environmental management controls and procedures across the business. This will include: * Preparing safety and environmental documentation to support the Integrated Management System * Preparing safety and environmental plans for various projects in line with client SLA's / KPI's * Leading and directing advisors and coordinators within the department * Working with Divisional Management in the development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of divisional specific SHEQ policies and procedures * Preparing reports as required * Conducting safety and environment audits including the management and maintenance of the audit tracker * Preparing and delivering training courses, including assessments * Maintaining the various SHEQ registers within the Integrated Management System * Completing daily/weekly reporting to the SHEQ Manager and project management staff * Conducting incident/accident investigations * Providing SHEQ advice and direction to staff and contractors WHAT WILL YOU BRING? You'll be an experienced SHEQ professional who holds a recognised SHEQ qualification, who can confidently act as a subject matter expert across the business. It's essential you have experience in: * Completing risk assessments and risk assessment management * Completing site inspections and investigations * Compliance and maintenance of relevant standards * Microsoft Office Suite and good basic IT system skills * Excellent report writing and documentation management
