Job Description

Overview As a XSP, MSSP, VP Sales, EMEA at Pulse Secure, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new and innovative sales processes and MSSP business across EMEA. This will include, finding new companies to sell our products & services, as well as training and enabling these organizations to consistent revenue growth while identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Communication and negotiation skills are paramount as this candidate will work across the company?s business units as well as with existing and potential new partners of all types to develop, test, and prepare to implement this to market programs. Our portfolio is used by industry leaders across verticals such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, Federal, and State/Local governments, as well market segment leaders across SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise.What You Would Do + Provide leadership within EMEA for XSP and MSSP direct sales and account ownership while working with the broader team to achieve sales and other key measures of success, while enhancing operating margins and delivering industry-leading Customer Satisfaction. + Responsible for the operational leadership of the XSP and MSSP sales within EMEA, creating strategy for the penetration and sales strategy for the EMEA theatre. + Proactively initiate and drive sales, meet and exceed quota requirements. + Build and foster relationships within a matrix organization structure to proactively resolve issues, drive efficiencies, and champion the service-centric strategy. + Work directly with all levels within EMEA to drive company position and sales. + Create new relationships through building and developing a broader B2B customer base. Skillset Requirements + 10+ years of experience successfully direct and leading high performing XSP and MSSP sales Teams within the full region of EMEA + Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time across EMEA and worldwide as needed + Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals + Strong industry contacts in the prospective customer and influencer communities + Outstanding consultative selling skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate the company?s value proposition + Strong business acumen with the proven ability to create a business plan, build a strong and diversified pipeline, accurately forecast and close business + Excellence in resolving issues and creating win/win outcomes + Experience building and executing demand generation plans with marketing + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct sales presentations and interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels Proven track record of developing employees + Excellent analytical, business intelligence sales
