Job Description

his position is responsible for proactively identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for ACA products and services, as well as supervising and driving the success of the Eurasia Sales team. The position includes both an individual and a team-based sales quota Summary of Responsibilities: Identify and respond to requests for bid and proposal opportunities on behalf of ACA Devise selling techniques to drive the business forward and create a large volume of prospects and inquiries Lead and coordinate all aspects of the sales process to guide prospect opportunities to successful close Manage a sales pipeline of pending opportunities and outstanding engagement agreements Professionally and confidently present ACA offerings, services, and pricing to financial services industry prospects and clients Negotiate engagement terms with prospects and clients Successfully supervise a small team of sales professionals Provide support to ACA's consulting team to amend revenue and budgets as necessary for successful completion of projects Assist with ACA's marketing efforts, including participation in conferences and creation and maintenance of marketing materials Assist with the identification and development of new product and service offerings Improve sales performance by training and familiarizing other ACA personnel with service offerings, CRM system, and sales process Partner with ACA executives on business development priorities and key sales initiatives Meet or exceed sales and other business development goals Enhance ACA industry partner relationships to generate additional sales Understand the market, competition, and trends for compliance services Experience in implementing sales and marketing strategies for market creation, penetration, and protection Experience of supervising sales professionals and driving sales success Demonstrated professional integrity Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients Highly motivated and goal-oriented; proactive in one's own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects Job ID: 2020-1680 Street: 130 Jermyn Street
