As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: * Be a leader in business development for Risk Consulting in the Southeast Asia region, including customer segmentation, development of a go-to-market strategy, development of new service offerings, marketing plans, leading business development and sales opportunities. * Develop thought leadership and speak regularly at seminars and conferences on topics relevant to Risk Consulting. * Drive key client accounts, maintain high quality relationships with clients by providing timely advice, guidance and feedback to clients. * Work on consulting or multidisciplinary projects, and be involved in project management and delivery, staff management, delegation of responsibilities and delivering projects to time and budget. * Work on projects covering a number of technical areas: Risk and data architecture, data governance, data strategy, data quality, master data management, reference data, knowledge of the data management vendor landscape, business analysis, technical analysis. * Lead projects involving Risk Reporting and MI projects, including knowledge of key regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. Corep, Finrep, Anacredit, Stress Testing) * Lead projects involving regulatory change programmes (e.g. BCBS 239, GDPR, MiFID 2, FRTB), within the Risk function of large financial services institutions * Lead the training, development, and appraisal of junior staff on the Risk Consulting team. * Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
