Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Business Recovery Services Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager in Business Restructuring Services to join our successful team. Requirements * You want to do relevant work and believe that you can play an important role in helping companies to survive; * At least 5 years of work experience in a related field (financial and/or operational restructuring, corporate finance, leveraged finance and/or strategy); * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with individuals and within teams, even under pressure; * Strong financial analytical skills, including use of Microsoft Excel. As we are very data driven, Data & Analytics experience is appreciated; * Good report writing and presentational skills, including use of Powerpoint; * Enthusiasm and drive to develop skills; * Willingness to travel, primarily within Western Europe; * Fluency in Dutch and English. What we do We advise under-performing Dutch and European companies on restructuring, refinancing, accelerated mergers and acquisitions and insolvency options - finding the best way forward for the business and its stakeholders. From small, family-run organisations to major multinationals, our BRS teams help underperforming businesses, and those with interests in them, understand and solve their problems. That might mean coming up with strategies to turn the company around, restructure its debt/capital structure, operations, or guiding it through an insolvency process. We work with people from right across the organisation, from Tax and Assurance to other Deals teams, in particular Strategy, Debt Advisory and Corporate Finance. This gives our clients the specialist knowledge they need to make the right decisions. Whether clients are after advice, restructuring or refinancing, we can help.
