Assist in the development of Compliance Office's annual work plan, including: * Develop annual compliance training materials, periodic announcements, newsletters, and promotional posters. * Prepare an annual audit plan related to personal data protection. * Act as the central contact window of the firm in relation to data subjects' right of access. * Conduct annual testing on compliance with risk management standards, including a review of the effectiveness of personal data protection implementation. * Conduct Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust and Data Protection annual self-assessment exercises. * Prepare monthly reports on the achievement of the Compliance work plan. 2. Liaise with Risk Management and other functions to develop Compliance policies and related control procedures, and ensure they comply with Global requirements. 3. Work with IT to develop new or modify existing databases to facilitate compliance processes. 4. Coordinate with functional owners and leaders to complete other risk management standards' self-assessment exercises. 1. Excellent English skills 2. Organized and result oriented 3.
