Our People and Organisation (P&O) Practice is a one-stop-shop for mandatory compliance related to individuals, including immigration, labour compliance, payroll, personal tax compliance services. P&O practice includes 20 professionals located in Almaty and Atyrau, which are divided into Immigration, Payroll, HR compliance and Global Mobility groups. PwC is focused on customer service and our delivery model ensures that day to day enquiries are promptly resolved; that payroll data management and reporting is timely and accurate; that issues are properly escalated and resolved and that opportunities to optimise and improve are identified and pursued. At the moment we have a vacancy for Payroll Accountant to join our Payroll group. Role and Responsibilities: Successful candidate would be required to: * Comply with PwC internal requirements (Risk Management, Ipower, Billing) * Payroll calculations (shift, rotator, office), payslips, expense reports; * Preparation and submission of tax reports and tax registers, reconciliation with tax authorities; * Preparation and submission of statistical reports; * Monitor tax and labour legislation related to payroll; Knowledge and skills: * Knowledge of 1C: ZUP, 1C: 3.1, 1: Accounting, 1C: ERP (not a must but a preference) * Proficient user of SONO, tax cabinet. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage * Experience in similar position minimum 1 year * Payroll calculations (shift, rotator, office), payslips, expense reports; * Preparation and submission of tax reports and tax registers, reconciliation with tax authorities, * Preparation and submission of statistical reports * Knowledge of tax and labour law, double tax treaties * Degree in Accounting or Finance, Math * Intermediate English (operational level - ability to write and communicate) is a must * Organised, efficient, multitasking, result oriented * Great team player, open minded and respectful to colleagues * Willing to have a stable job on a similar position Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
