Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced FP&A professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Budgets & Business Planning Analyst lies within the International Business Unit (Covering the Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America regions) . You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Anita Andriani, Budgets & Business Planning Lead . Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Providing financial analysis and visibility will be your primary responsibility. You're constantly looking for improvement activities within International zone . In brief, you will be responsible for; * Monthly KHC reporting cycle - including but not limited to Monthly Performance Review (MPR), Monthly forecast (CFO Calls), weekly results update * Providing visibility through accurate forecasting, risks and opportunities identification, and monitoring key action plans as laid out in the plan * Key component in the budget analytics and negotiation process for International zone Main Responsibilities * Ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness for various reports produced to present business performance and/ or outlook, including but not limited to: * Global reporting: Monthly Performance Review (MPR), CFO Calls / Finance MPR (Forecast/ Financial Review), offsite decks, board deck * Internal reporting: Commitment deck ("ILT"), preliminary views * Monitor, check, and highlight key performance indicators to relevant internal stakeholders and influence decision-making to ensure delivery of business target * Lead analytical projects to support specific action plans or analysis * Key component in the AOP (Annual operating plan) process - creation of International zone checkpoints, offsite decks * Delivering continuous improvement in the quality of analysis, output, and visibility provided to leadership team Qualifications Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. * Education: minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university, MBA preferred * Work Experience: for senior analyst role - preferred at least 2 years experience of finance analytics (understanding of commercial side is important), understanding of financial reports (P&L focus), 1 year experience of managing/ leading a team/ project. For junior analyst role - fresh graduates are welcomed. * Knowledge: Analytical, P&L understanding * Language Knowledge: English (business) Professional Attributes (examples, choose max 5) * Ability to Simplify * We like to keep it simple.
