Platform Engineer - Go, Clojure, Elixir Location: London, SE1 2UP (Remote currently) Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Industry: Energy Tech Stack: Go, Clojure, Elixir React, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, MongoDB, AWS Great opportunity for a talented Platform Engineer (Go, Clojure, MongoDB, Kubernetes) to join a multi-faceted tech company that works across several industries. They are currently able to interview and on-board remotely due to COVID-19. The Company - Online comparison company that provides customers with the best value in energy, mortgage and real estate deals. This team sits within the flagship energy comparison part of the business. The Role - They are seeking a skilled Engineer (Go, Clojure, MongoDB, Kubernetes) to help build out their innovative platform. This team sits at the forefront of the business and is a highly visible team within the company. This is a great opportunity to work with a modern tech stack (Go, Clojure, MongoDB, Kubernetes) working directly on product features and overseeing the scalability of infrastructure. The successful developer (Go, Clojure, MongoDB, Kubernetes) will have a high level of autonomy provided to them and be expected to contribute to both architectural and design decisions. Desired Skills - * Go, Clojure, Elixir * React, Angularr * Docker/Kubernetes * MongoDB, DynamoDB, MySQL * REST APIs * CI/CD * AWS The successful engineer will not have experience of the above technologies (that would be seriously impressive!) but would be required to have a strong knowledge across the stack and a desire to learn new technologies.
