Job Description

Role Summary: Subsea Intervention ISM responsibility is to Deliver a Service Business that's Scalable, unlocking greater market penetration & Value per well than individual product companies, based on delivering value to customers and shareholders. This role will focus on the Winning work for the ISM, working across the horizontal business's leveraging the people and equipment within the product company to best position the ISM. Essential Responsibilities: + Ownthe S&OP for the ISM SS Intervention + EnsureDeal risk and governance adherence (DOA and Risk Matrix, HQ and RegionalDeal Reviews, etc.) + Responsiblefor detailed technical proposal preparation, development programmanagement, product pricing and contract negotiations. Qualifications/Requirements: + Bachelor's degree from anaccredited university in Engineering, Business or other technical orbusiness-related field or proven experience in Commercial operations. + Strong prior experiencein the O&G/Subsea industry with preference towardstendering/commercial/contract management experience in the Aftermarket/Servicesareas. + Specific experience inTendering, contract formation and administration. Desired Characteristics: + Strong business acumen and demonstrable track record in developingtender strategies. + Ability to mobilise, influence and lead cross functional teams toexecute a complex pursuit strategy. + Knowledge of well performance + Strong knowledge and experience in cost estimating, budgeting andpricing. + Knowledge of legal aspects of the Aftermarket/Services business. + Strong oral and written communication skills, including strongability to present clearly to Senior Leaders. + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
