Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** The Growth Marketing team leads growth and engagement initiatives for Facebook's most important products, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus, and Messenger. The team is data-driven and results focused. We are seeking a talented professional who thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background - with a hunger to make products grow. This position is full-time, part of the Growth & Analytics team based in our London office. **Required Skills:** 1. Product Leadership Responsibilities: 2. Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science 3. Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements 4. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products 5. Communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention to detail 6. Communicates and simplifies concepts to the audience's needs 7. Analytical Responsibilities: 8. Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with both our consumer and business products, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and engagement 9. Product Growth Analysis: 10. Understanding ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends 11. Identifying new levers to help move key metrics 12. Proposing what to build in the product roadmap 13. Data Driven Leadership: 14. Influencing product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations 15. Communicating state of business, experiment results, etc. to product teams 16. Spreading best practices for growth with product teams to drive impact 17. Product Marketing Responsibilities: 18. Understand the competitive landscape of products and Facebook's relative position to inform the product growth strategy and design 19. Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to take known product optimizations and implement them in other places 20. Lead marketing efforts partnering with Product teams, to effectively promote high retention experiences globally 21. Drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way 22. Work on offsite marketing channels like SEO, SEM, and email with product teams to grow acquisition and improve retention by reaching people when they do not yet have an account, or to bring people back **Minimum Qualifications:** 23. 2+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis 24. 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with product team members such as: product management, engineering, design, data science etc. 25. 2+ years of experience manipulating data sets through statistical software (ex. R, SAS, Pivot Tables) or other methods 26. 2+ years experience with digital marketing optimization or product optimization work i.e. funnel/website optimization and/or outbound channels like SEO, SEM, and email 27. 1+ years of experience in SQL and/or other programming language 28. BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or other technical field or 3+ years of equivalent technical work experience 29. Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results of analyses 30. Knowledge of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions) 31. Experience with prioritizing, communicating and influencing teams 32. Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and driving execution 33. Experience delivering growth on KPI's for technology products 34. Experience developing products, technologies and platforms with user traction **Preferred Qualifications:** 35. Software development experience 36. Experience with distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop) 37. Experience with mobile advertising and ad technology 38.
