We have various contracts from part-time to full-time hours available and we can consider night and weekend only contracts in Chipping Campden near Evesham and Stratford-upon-Avon. The roles involve supporting individuals who share a lovely home. Mature in years and young in outlook, disabilities affect them in different ways and some have complex needs. You'll support them to access community activities; from socialising to swimming and hydrotherapy sessions. You'll support the individuals in all aspects of daily living; from cooking to managing finances. Supporting people with their personal care and medication needs is also key. If you have experience as a care assistant or care worker in a care home, you'll discover we provide plenty of on-going training, support to achieve relevant qualifications and career progression. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Full-time support workers work 37.5 hours plus one sleep-in a week (pay for these sleep-ins is included in the annual salary figures shown above). We also have some services where sleep-ins are not required and you may work some waking nights. The salary for these roles is 16,953 - 17,774 pa All support workers have the option of working additional hours or sleep-ins in a range of services and are paid 50-70 extra per sleep-in.
