Our Shopper Activation team has an exciting new opportunity. As the Shopper Activation Manager, you will To drive growth through the activation of promotional campaigns & initiatives across the customer base. To articulate the activation vision & provide basic support materials and define the POS requirements. Reporting into the Shopper Activation Lead and will be responsible for: Engaging the brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines. Understanding and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer determined by shopper objectives of penetration, frequency or weight of purchase. Building the contact matrix with key retailers to improve scale efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns and projects. Understanding the key drivers of purchase using the WPOB techniques (see, scan, spot, show interest, select). Taking responsibility for the development of account/channel specific POS for individual big bet activation and snacking initiatives. The creation of campaign artwork templates with brand teams to drive activations appropriate to our customers design guides. Track and then post-evaluate activity versus plan and report to the business (key business meetings). Liaising and agree the co-ordination of the Tactical implementation plan for 3rd parties. Leading post-evaluation process of all activity in customers to drive improvement in ROI and develop key insights for future strategy development. Reporting and forecasting Trade A&C budget by campaign.Education and Experience, Degree or equivalent required. FMCG Commercial experience. Shopper Activation / Shopper Marketing experience required. Cross functional experience in Shopper / Brand Marketing / POS / Sales / Category / Space Planning is preferred. Strong relationship building - stakeholder & customer management. Strategic planning experience. Drive for results. Analytical experience. MS office.
