The Jewellery Channel (TJC) is vibrant fast moving and growing teleshopping and ecommerce business, specialist in affordable jewellery category as well as high end gemstones. The company is looking to increase their market share within next few years with an aggressive growth strategy. Our Personal Shoppers provide a pleasurable, bespoke, individual shopping concept by interpreting new trends to assist and advise customers on product selection. Whether its mother of the bride, an anniversary / Christmas / Birthday, nothing is too much trouble for our Personal Shoppers. They thrive on the challenge of making sure that everyone of their customers have that VIP experience. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PERSONAL SHOPPER To generate sales from customers by providing a personalised shopping experience To respond to inbound calls from customers with specific enquiries for core stock, bespoke design or loose stone purchase. To undertake outbound calls to customers to offer specific items of stock selected, based on the historic customer purchasing profile. To maintain accurate customer records on the Customer Care database. To maintain records of all enquiries received to facilitate accurate reporting on conversion and non-conversion leading to root cause analysis being undertaken to identify growth opportunities. To prepare professional estimates/quotations for customers in response to enquiries. To liaise with the Buying Department and outside suppliers to source stock in response to customer enquiries. To ensure all products supplied are done so within the financial parameters set by TJC. To identify new routes to market and sales growth opportunities. To achieve and exceed pre agreed sales targets. what you’ll need The ability to communicate confidently in both clearly spoken and written English as well as having the ability to build a rapport with people quickly and effectively A professional, pro-active and 'can do’ attitude with exceptional attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service Be able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably Enjoy working in a busy environment, whilst remaining patient. You will need fast accurate computer skills and be prepared for a high volume of in and outbound calls The ability to deliver excellent results and constantly improve our customer's experience and aid in our continued growth Good knowledge of the Jewellery and gemstone market. JET 1 qualified preferred Previous tele sales experience in a similar role. Self-motivated and target orientated. Analytical. Attention to detail. Ability to work both within a team and using their own initiative. Strong commercial awareness.
