Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Risk & Quality (R&Q) Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You'll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. Our Independence Compliance team provides guidance on all areas of PwC's independence policy and the regulatory environment. As part of the team, you'll provide updates on Independence and regulatory rules and will evaluate new client opportunities based on PwC's compliance policies and procedures. Job descriptions * Handles daily enquiries and business relationships cases, e.g., sponsorships, subcontracting, etc. * Prepares technical analysis, risk assessments and independence memo for new digital solutions; * Performs research on new business models, technology, business arrangements, etc. and assesses the relevant independence implications; * Assists in developing independence guidance and training; and * Prepares and/or reviews business requirements for new business relationship system.
