Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** Business Integrity's mission is to ensure safe and trusted connections between people, businesses, and Facebook. Our team works together to anticipate and predict potential threats to our platform, design and build tools to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale. We leverage data analysis, machine learning and a robust infrastructure to review the quality of promoted content on our platform. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across the Facebook family of apps. Successful candidates for this team are adaptable, creative, have a bias toward action, aren't afraid of being wrong, and can successfully work across various teams & countries. This role will focus on leading initiatives to investigate new trends in fraud and traffic quality to take fast action and shape long-term strategies. **Required Skills:** 1. Lead a team of technical individuals using analytical thinking to solve for investigations of system abuse 2. Coach team members to creatively self-identify gaps, problems, needs and come up with robust solutions with relative independence 3. Be an advocate to cross-functional partners and team members on implementing fraud detection solutions that are scalable and automated to ensure efficient use of resources 4. Utilize data analysis skill set to investigate and help resolve fraudulent activity across product lines 5. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Software Engineering, and other integrity-focused groups to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale 6. Use engineering and analytical skill sets in a business organization to drive meaningful business impact by looking at problems through an operational lens **Minimum Qualifications:** 7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems 8. 5+ years of relevant analytics experience 9. 2+ years of people management experience 10. Data analysis skills including deep dive analyses and/or root cause analyses 11. Analytical skills, with experience investigating and solving problems using data and providing practical business insights 12. Database programming experience with SQL or other database query tools **Preferred Qualifications:** 13. Experience with online fraud and mitigating time-sensitive escalations 14. Experience with object-oriented programming 15. Knowledge of programming and scripting languages 16. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities **Industry:** Internet
