Our service offerings include: - Consultancy services covering immigration regulations and legal requirements in locations around the globe, including advice regarding immigration policy development, Permanent Residence and Citizenship. - Comprehensive guidance and assistance relating to the preparation and submission of applications for the appropriate work visas, family visas, business visas, or residence permits. - Technology solutions - our proprietary online case management system tracks and reports on the status of immigration applications and provides real-time information. We can produce management reports relating to the status of applications and view all major milestones at any one point in time. - A regional or global coordination of immigration services to provide worldwide coverage through a single point of contact. We provide fully integrated solutions to clients in relation to every aspect of international mobility including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, assignment management, expatriate compensation and benefits. This multi-disciplinary approach, coupled with our geographic coverage, enables our clients to access a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in every location, through a centralised client relationship team. Responsibilities * Overseeing the day-to-day visa application services for clients; * Advising clients on Hong Kong visa requirements and the related services provided by PwC; * Prepare reports and handle other related compliance matters; * Developing and maintaining client relationships; * Liaising with clients and Immigration Department throughout the visa application process; and * Assist in other ad hoc matters. Requirements * A recognised degree or in human resources or business-related equivalent preferred; * At least two years of relevant experience; Lessor experience will consider as Associate; * Experience in handling administrative duties is an advantage; * Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Confident and well organized; * Able to work independently; * Project management skills would be a bonus; * Flexible and open minded; * An ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge; and * Good interpersonal and communication skills.
