MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with WW Events Management, Congress Management, Channel Capabilities, IT, BCF, Compliance, Transparency and Global Procurement teams to define meeting technology needs that support meeting execution and drive a superior customer experience at BMS meetings and events * Define near term and long term objectives for meeting technologies that identify/enhance core capabilities around HCP experience, simplification, and usability for internal/external partners * Lead integration efforts to define meeting technology across the newly formed organization, including assessment of platforms/process, gap analysis and definition of future state * Drive global implementation of Cvent tool and longer term adoption of Cvent capabilities to support superior meeting experiences, improve reporting accuracy and automate manual processes * Ensure partnership across market teams on requirements definition and prioritize areas of greatest impact * Establish governance model to support intake of requests and future enhancements * Lead agenda and discussions with Senior Leadership Steering Committee meetings * Establish key KPIs, implementation monitoring and long term sustainability plan * Manage multiple resources (full time and consultant) to ensure successful training, rollout and adoption of enterprise technology projects * Drive selection and evolution of meeting apps for use at Congresses and internal/external meetings * Partner with Multi-Channel/Digital teams to define and enhance virtual meeting platforms to support remote engagement and to ensure business continuity when live meetings are at risk * Partner with WW Events Management team to advise and inform functionality/decisions that may impact day-to-day responsibilities of Events Mgmt teams * Build and maintain relationships across a wide matrix team and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, include senior leadership * Act as business owner for key platforms and maintain key vendor relationships, including monitoring of SLAs and KPAs to ensure accountability for vendor performance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and COMPETENCIES: * Business or Technical undergraduate degree, Master degree desirable * 7-10 Years professional experience in the Pharmaceutical, IT or Consulting practices * Demonstrated ability to take a strategy and develop/run large scale multi-function, multi-year enterprise projects including people, process, technology, policy * Experience defining and driving global initiatives from concept through close-out * Prior Cvent experience preferred * Strong knowledge analyzing business processes and issues and training others * Expertise of Global HCP systems and processes to act as Subject Matter Expert across the following areas: Cvent/Registration, Events Management, Payment Management, Data Analytics Transparency Reporting, Legal / Regulatory / Compliance Needs * Demonstrates ability to deal with unstructured, relatively difficult assignments that will require effective communication and organization skills * Establishes strong working relationships with Senior Leadership, key stakeholders and team with a focus on Change Agility, Enterprise Mindset and Developing Others * Strong influencing skills are necessary, especially when engaging executives with strategy related decisions * Strong managerial skills * Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written * Ability to operate through influence rather than authority * Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems DEVELOPMENTAL VALUE: Develop Continuous Improvement skills and experiences: * Create a strategic roadmap and vision in an undefined space * Learn and develop the knowledge of Pharmaceutical Meetings Management * Advocate and develop business process improvements and enhancements * Develop the ability to understand and assimilate a broader range of information solutions that can enable business needs Develop Commercial skills and experiences: * Serve as a subject matter expert on HCP meetings technology * Leads and develops a high performing team- participate in goal setting, appraising personal performance against team goals, supporting team members in their respective endeavors and seeking ways to enhance the collective teams' engagement * Demonstrated success workin
