Job purpose: We are currently looking to strengthen our Business Development team in Europe and are seeking for an Associate Director, Business Development to join our Strategic Resourcing Solution unit. We are expanding in the DACH/ BE/NL region with our TFS service models FSP (Functional Solution Programs) and Individual Resourcing solutions, towards the Pharma and Biotech industry. TFS was offers FSP solutions to customers isince 1996. TFS SRS benefits our partners by providing flexible staffing solutions that are tailor-made for each customer's individual requirements. TFS is a trusted strategic outsourcing partner that can provide our customers with a fully operational team of clinical professionals in all functions and therapeutic areas. The team can be situated on site or work from one of TFS' regional offices. This position can be home or office based in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Poland or Netherlands. Key responsibilities: * Taking a leading role and being responsible of developing and nurturing relationships with key clients and decision makers to grow the business opportunities and pipeline of prospects. * To develop the yearly territory and key account plan for the client segment and drive the activity plan for reaching the yearly sales goal. Having the ownership of reviewing the forecast and sales plan for quarterly review and update to adjust the sales activity plan and continue developing the account strategy. * To lead and own the process together with the internal TFS support team to respond appropriately to client inquiry, Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Understand the RFI/RFP process and to provide detailed input and leadership of the proposal process for each opportunity initiated. Facilitate the preparedness of the TFS team in attending any client meetings, capabilities meetings or Bid Defense Meetings (BDM) * Ownership of the geographical regional budget and goal target * Initiate, coordinate and negotiate signing of client and agreements Requirements * Bachelors Degree or other relevant industry experience * Experience and track record from resourcing and FSP program models * Experience of Business Development in the CRO Staffing and Resourcing industry in the given geographical region (DACH, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium) * Experience in proposal writing/budget generation experience * Effective communication skills and team leadership capabilities consistent with influencing and driving multiple stakeholders towards meeting the customers needs * Effective organisational, planning and multitasking skills, as well as a predisposition to entrepreneurship, results and customer focus * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English * Travel up to 50% Benefits What can we offer you?
