We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created Manager - Creative Operations based at our Multimedia Centre in Chiswick Park, West London. Reporting into the Director - Sales Strategy and Content, this role is responsible for optimising the output of our content functions to achieve the capacity production of compelling multi- platform content to deliver business goals. This is an operational role that partners with both commercial and creative teams to ensure we are delivering what the business needs, in a timely manner and provides challenge to deliver continuous improvement. As Manager - Creative Operations, you will be responsible to define, establish and lead the Creative Operations function, as well as define creative workflows within the content organisation, being clear on requirements and prioritising all inbound work. You will ensure that we have relevant insight to inform data driven decision making and continual learning from the content we create, how we create it and that best practice is maintained and updated. We will leverage technology to improve operations continuously and ensure that workflows and systems are optimized to fulfil potential, as well as oversee all issue tracking. You will lead a talented team to influence and enforce deadlines throughout the business and drive accountability in your own team as well as in other areas of the organisation. This will include the setting of SLA's and building strong relationships with international counterparts. We are looking for someone with leadership experience of resource and workflow planning and delivery in a fast-paced production environment. You will have experience of managing multiple people and tasks to deliver to key deadlines and commercial business goals . You will have the ability to hold others accountable, with excellent relationship building, people management skills and a desire to embrace the future and be open to new ideas.
