Associate Director - Infrastructure Risk & Insurance Due Diligence (London, UK) Empower what's next for your career Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) is a diverse team of transaction experts who are focussed on securing investments and enhancing returns through specialist deal advisory services and transaction solutions. You will be given the opportunity to work with some of Aon's most prestige M&A clients on a variety of deal situations including directly with our client's deal teams. This is a fast-paced environment. Reporting to both the EMEA Head of Infrastructure plus the Head of Risk & Insurance Due Diligence you will have the follow areas of focus: Enhance the consistency and quality of our Infrastructure client deliverables by coaching, managing and overseeing members of the team Increase the ratio of solutions delivered on each engagement through pro-active identification of deal issues where AMATS can deliver value adding solutions Support the development of our Infrastructure due diligence capability across EMEA Broaden and deepen the Infrastructure sector risk and insurance knowledge across the EMEA due diligence teams Input into the development of the next generation Infrastructure due diligence solution, including a comprehensive re-design of approach and key deliverables Build a strong internal network to unlock client opportunities and facilitate the delivery of exceptional client service You bring knowledge and expertise; Leading, coaching and mentoring of junior team members Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills across organisational levels Strong report writing skills, specifically articulating complexity in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently, manage competing tasks through effective prioritisation and delegation Active listener, able to identify client issues and articulate solutions Energetic and positive can-do mindset Passionate about Infrastructure and providing exceptional client service Strong internal and external networking experience and abilities Solid technical insurance and due diligence background Track record of leading and delivering risk and insurance due diligence assignments Infrastructure knowledge and experience gained across the core Infrastructure sub-sectors (Energy & Utilities, Transport, Communication and Social) Experience of working across different European markets Significant insurance expertise and experience across both construction and operational assets Our Colleague Experience Every day, our colleagues make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.
