For our fast growing Real Estate client base we are looking for an Audit Manager - Real Estate for our offices in Liege and Brussels. Joining our multidisciplinary Real Estate Audit team means joining a dynamic work environment which faces a wide variety of challenges each day. The client base is composed of listed Real Estate Companies (SIR), Real Estate investment funds (FIIS) and Real Estate subsidiaries of funds and institutional investors. What you'll learn and do You will have the opportunity to help our clients by planning, leading and executing audit / attest engagements for complex real estate organisations. On a daily basis, you: * Supervise, develop and train audit engagement teams; * Interact directly with partners and clients on matters related to engagement management; * Communicate audit findings and results to the client management team and board of directors; * Mentor, coach and develop audit team members; * Provide critical thought leadership on the operation and direction of our audit practice; * Help strengthen and expand existing client relationships. Who you are You have a successful experience of at least 5 years in financial auditing in international firms with proven knowledge and interest for Real Estate companies. During this experience, you have learned to: * Lead and supervise others and provide exceptional client service; * Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies; * Display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment; * Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties. You are fluent in English as well as in French or Dutch and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
