Purpose of the Role * As part of the Information Business Services (IBS) team, the Consumer Insights Lead, in very tight collaboration with stakeholders in the Strategic Insights organisation, creates an effective technology-driven ecosystem to provide insights that steer brand strategy, innovation and activation plans. * Responsible for the roadmap, technical solution design, solution adoption & ROI delivery of Consumer Insights solutions that support MDLZ growth. * Ensures that this agile services & technology stack is maintained in close collaboration with IBS internal stakeholders and strategic agencies and partners. Main Responsibilities * Partner with Strategic Insights across the market, BU or global organizations to bring technology and service thought leadership to the strategies and identify initiatives that will significantly impact growth. * Maintain best in class knowledge management solutions (e.g. iConnect /iQuest) that allow to optimally retrieve (market) research and extract relevant information. * Create and effective ecosystem of orchestrated solutions that transform structured and non-structured signals into informed actionable consumer/shopper insights (based on Nielsen, IRI, Europanel, Kantar Brand Guidance System, Talkwalker, Shopology 5S, Red Mill Tuktuk & our Global SAP HANA Data Marketplace). * Map Demand Spaces or Consumer Segments, Media audiences & ultimately Shopper Clusters into actionable insights for data driven media targeting at optimal moments in the consumer & shopper journey. * Influence key business stakeholders in SIA on process, provider and technology decisions to improve Consumer and Shopper Insight capabilities. * With IBS architects, liaise closely with the technical teams of our vendors to understand upcoming roadmap changes, assess the impact and influence their roadmap. * Oversee the running of all current and future Strategic Insights tools/systems/platforms, utilizing a mixture of best in breed technology & available services. * Continually evolve and refine key indicators to ensure health of supported platforms. While this work is done by strategic partners, ensure SLAs are a real-world perspective on how things are performing. * Protect our brands' reputation and consumer data by partnering with security and privacy teams to secure and monitor our environments. * Self-educate by gathering information and learning from peer companies, conferences and events and then turn that knowledge back into the organization to be ready for future consumer experience challenges. Candidate Requirements * Extensive experience in a CPG or FMCG environment. * Background in Global Insight, Market Trend or Consumer Trends technology (e.g. technology, media, communication agency or market research/analytics/consultancy). * Experience in structured and unstructured data management, including platform integration (media audiences, consumer segments, profiles, etc). * Dialogues at process and business outcome level with senior stakeholders, leveraging a hands on approach and sharing of learning. * Manages and influences in a virtual, remote, worldwide organization that is matrix organised. * Creative mindset that finds inspiration in work and inspires others to follow.
