US/UK Private Client Services - Tax Manager Tax Requisition # LON00H4Q Post Date Oct 08, 2019 Our London based US Private Client Services (PCS) team combines US and UK domestic tax knowledge, delivering an integrated dual handler tax service offering to US clients. We work with High Net Worth Individuals who are typically US citizen UK resident non-domiciled. We are part of the Financial Services practice and therefore have many clients in the Wealth and Asset Management sector, including fund managers in private equity and hedge funds (experience in this area is an advantage but not a requirement). Our services include a broad range of tax advice covering cross-border planning; estate and gift tax planning; tax efficient business structuring; expatriation advice; trusts; personal federal, state and local individual tax compliance. We are now looking for a Manager to join the team in London. As a manager within our US PCS team, you will: + Build and maintain taxrelationships with clients and provide high levels of client service. Owna client portfolio, being responsible for service delivery and technicalsign off. + Contribute to winning newwork and new clients, through growing a strong internal network andseeking out new opportunities. + Manage the successfuldelivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/businessdriven approach. + Reviewcomplex US and UK tax returns and assist with the delivery of compliance. + Responsible for day-to-daydelivery of client liaison, signing off work appropriate at manager level. + Assistwith internal technical classroom training and drafting of positiondocuments. + Develop a team of taxadvisors and tax seniors, providing technical support and development andteam leadership. + Be responsible for monthlybilling and financial reporting to senior leadership. Ensure monthlytargets are met and work in progress in invoiced in a timely manner. + Bring a positiveenthusiastic approach, playing a part in our management and leadershipgroup as we develop our advisory offering.
