Purpose of Temporary Role + As the systems integration workstreams commence, there is a need to ensure Master data is maintained at a high standard across the combined Informa Market Group. + Provision of timely business support across various key initiatives/projects and reporting activities during the 12 month period. + Replacement of a previous integration support resource (Navin Nair) who has now transitioned into the Group team. Key Responsibilities + Review of ERP (SAP/Oracle) Chart of Accounts and maintenance of relevant dimensions/attributes + Working with the relevant Technology teams to ensure changes across systems and to master data are managed in a co-ordinated manner and key stakeholders are kept informed of required input/actions + Aid in the progression of event reporting out of Hyperion and SAP ECC, through maintenance and review of various data structures + Provision of timely support to business users to ensure transactions are processed in an accurate manner + Review and alignment of Business streams/Line of Business across the combined Informa Markets Group + Support Central Finance Team and Businesses on planning and reporting, both annually and ad hoc- Work with the Informa Markets Central Team to deliver financials in respect of the budgeting and forecasting processes for both periodical submissions but as required for special reports + Working with other members of the Informa Markets Central team on various key initiatives/projects during the process Key Skills and Abilities + IT confident with varied enterprise systems experience + Excellent organisational, project management and administrative skills + Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis + Strong negotiations skills for handling negotiations with key business partners and service providers. + Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve issues promptly and effectively in a commercial and practical manner + Professional accountancy qualification, combined with applied established experience in a variety of commercial financial roles. + Confident individual with a proactive attitude + Integrity and high professional ethics Specific Qualifications (only if required) + Professional Accountancy Qualification + At least three years' post qualification experience in commercial roles + SAP Experience preferred
